Print The Pumpkins Tall handout on orange paper to create your Pumpkin Tall Wall.
Ask each child to estimate how many pumpkins tall they think they are. Use the How Many Pumpkins recording sheet to write their estimations.
Measure each child. Have the class count the number of pumpkins tall for each student.
Record the student's actual height on the How Many Pumpkins sheet, and compare it to their estimation.
